Chef Vince is a third-generation chef. He first started to cook standing on a milk crate by his father's side in the family restaurant in Ocean city Maryland learning to prepare traditional Italian recipes that the family had brought from Italy and also how to combine it with the treasures that the Atlantic ocean has to offer. After graduating college Vince pursued his career and his passion for food by working in various venues throughout the Baltimore Washington DC area. He went on to study at the culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York and in 2000 he took over the family business in Ocean City Maryland. Chef Vince is well versed in a variety of cooking techniques and is passionate about sharing his love for food and people.
